Dear Parents/Guardians,

Face Painting

As part of our Harvest festival celebrations on Friday 26th September, I would like to use face paint on your child for our presentation. The face paint will be applied by myself or a teaching assistant with a disposable make-up sponge shortly before the start of the Harvest Festival at 2pm. The face paint we will be using will be ‘Snazaroo Classic Colours Orange’. All Snazaroo products are skin friendly, non-toxic and washable. Any face paint applied will not be washed off in school and will need to be removed at home; we do not have suitable facilities to do so. If you have any concerns or further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

If you give permission for your child to be face painted on Friday afternoon, please complete the short permission slip below and return to myself by Friday 26th September 2014.
