This week in…Reading we are working on building our reading stamina, explaining how illustrations contribute to the text, and make connections between challenges two characters face.3rd Math we will continue using place value to round 2 and 3 digit numbers to the nearest 10 and 100. We will also apply this skill to answer word problem. 2nd Math we will be working with place value to the hundreds.

Writing we will continue brainstorming and prewriting in order to develop our personal narratives.

As a reward for perfect attendance each week we are going to start allowing your child to DRESS UP on Tuesdays. That means that they can be out of uniform to dress up (No Jeans, please). We will inform your child on Monday if they get to DRESS UP on Tuesday. We are proud of our students that have a good work ethic!
