A quorum being present, Mayor Fogg called the meeting to order.

03/16 Wyand - Sicinski: That the account to Langenburg Home Hardware amounting to $246.78 and $638.46 numbering 23253 and 23288 as annexed hereto be approved for payment.

CarriedMayor Fogg returned to the meeting and takes the chair.

04/16 Wondrasek - Sicinski: That the Town accounts amounting to $94,174.68 and numbering 23235 to 23309 and online payments amounting to $9609.77 and numbering 287-120278826 be annexed hereto be approved for payment.
