Jocelyn Ojeda, Hotel ManagerJocelyn joins Margaritaville Beach Resort Grand Cayman with more than 10 years of managerial experience in hospitality. Coming from New York City, Jocelyn is responsible for the full operation of Margaritaville Beach Resort Grand Cayman,

and works closely with all departments to ensure the property is in full working order and achieves the maximum room and F&B revenue. In addition, Jocelyn has been featured in Passport Magazine and TravelAge West highlighting her concierge expertise within New York City.

Marco Mauthner, Food and Beverage DirectorAs food and beverage director, Marco leads the strategy, planning and development of Margaritaville Beach Resort Grand Cayman’s various dining outlets. An internationally experienced expert in high-end food and beverage planning and operations, as well as restaurant and hotel openings, Mauthner’s comprehensive experience includes working at the Melia and Hilton Hotels in Vienna, the London Hilton, La Cigale in Doha, and Trader Vic’s restaurants in Shanghai, San Francisco and Abu Dhabi. Mauthner holds a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the International Hospitality School in Retz, Austria.

Dylan Benoit, Executive ChefDylan was brought on to oversee Margaritaville Beach Resort Grand Cayman’s signature global steakhouse concept YARA. Most recently, Benoit served as the Executive Chef for Market Street Group where he oversaw six diverse restaurant concepts in Grand Cayman. Prior to that, Dylan served as Sous Chef at Osetra Bay Restaurant, a fine dining destination located in Morgan’s Harbor district of Grand Cayman, and spent years studying and working in his home country of Canada under Chefs like Mark McEwan. Originally from Barrie, Ontario, Benoit has travelled extensively
