This design I started by creating the letter twice, using Gtek Minimal I then shrinked one slightly, I then selected the area of the smaller one and deleted it on the larger one, so that you end up with the outline, i then added the rulers in placed the blueprint backdrop in, and finally added the text/ measurements, and polished it off with the letter B in the corner.
