This workshop is designed to help Assessors at all levels to use good questioning skills to help get the best out of the candidates during a test day, and to give the results and good feedback whatever the actual results at the end of the day. Workshop members will work together to discover what helps and what doesn’t, and will be encouraged to reflect on their own practice.
The atmosphere is fun, friendly, welcoming and supportive. The emphasis is on drawing together the wide range of experiences that tutors and participants bring and making those experiences available to everyone.
This course is open to anyone who assesses for a Pony Club Branch or Centre.
Hot drinks will be available.
