World Food Moscow is more than an exhibition, a comprehensive and educational programme of
events takes place alongside the exhibition for exhibitors and visitors to attend. The schedule includes:

• 5th Russian Food Forum (including a Fruit Forum)

The 5th Russian Food Forum is the leading platform for dialogue between the experts representing the
food industry, professionals from individual sectors, and representatives of the ministries, agencies and
international organizations. Experts, business leaders and directors of industry associations discussed
the current situation on the market and gave their forecasts for the next six months.
The Retail Centre comprises of direct negotiations between the representatives of retail chains and
manufacturers and suppliers of products in the food category. Training master-classes and seminars
also take place. The Retail Centre is the ideal opportunity to showcase exhibitor products directly to

represented by foreign visitors. The total attendance for World Food Moscow 2011 was 44,971, with a
