Tension Treater ~Application of moist heat, followed by specific massage of the scalp, face, jaw, neck and shoulders to relieve headaches, TMJ pain, Sinus pressure and neck pain.

Posture Pleaser Application of moist heat, followed by deep tissue and trigger point therapy on the major postural muscles to help lengthen relieve muscle fatigue and undo the damage of extended hours in front of a computer. Created especially for computer junkies (or just those who spend long hours in front of the computer), this session focuses on the strain caused by staring at a monitor all day. Concentrates on the stressed areas of the head, neck, back, shoulders, and chest.

Carpal Care Focused deep tissue massage on the hands, arms, shoulders and neck to alleviate symptoms of carpal tunnel and related problems such as golfer’s and tennis elbow. Lumbar Loosener Focused deep tissue massage on the muscles of the lower back, hips and gluteals to relieve chronic lum-bar pain often experienced by runners and golfers or from spending long hours in the car.

Zen Specific Assessment and Movement Therapy Our Massage Therapist will provide you with a detailed analysis of your posture, including specific areas of imbalance that need realignment and correction.
