himself from the other youth in the church spending little time with the other kids in the

church.

This was often a focus point of discussion amongst church members and other youth.

There numerous times when I would go to walk into Jonny's office at the church and I would

find the office door locked andf LA fwould be inside with Jonny. I remember commenting

to Jonny on occasions "Why is this door locked there's no need for it to b~

Jonny would just laugh this off and not really respond to my statements. ,/

I recall one night we had a youth sleepover at the church. This involved the girls sleeping in

the main auditorium and the boys sleeping in the children's church area. In each area we had

youth leaders. These were made up of the older youth and it was their job to ensure the

segregation of the girls and boys.

This sleepover was organised by Jonny and the older youth leaders and as the Youth Pastor

Jonny also slept over at the church.

13. I was at the sleep over at the beginning of the set up as my 12 year old child was also

attending. While I was downstairs with the kids I heard a comment from one of the kids about

Jonny andfLA rot being down there with the youth.

14. I then went upstairs and went through the open office door and then I found that the door to

Jonny' s office was shut. I tried to open the door and found it was locked. I then knocked very

loudly on the door and called out for Jonny. ~ 15. It took longer than usual for the door to be opened ~ut when it was?"d I noticed that

LA was in the office wearing his boxer shorts with no shirt on. I was so shocked in

seeing LA in Jonny's office in his boxer shorts.

16. I saw Jonny was also in the room but I cannot recall what he was wearing. I then noticed that

there was a mattress on the floor in front of the desk and they were watching a video on the

laptop computer.

17. I said "Why are you up here you need to be down~with the youth?

commenting that you're not down there with them." V 18. Jonny just said "Oh I'll go down later."

19. I then walked out and as I left Jonny' s office I heard the door being locked again. REDACTED
