    NEXT GENERATION TRAINING E-LEARNING

  • Virtual reality welding provides studentswith an opportunity to try welding in away that is fun, exciting and engaging.Removing the traditional dangersassociated with welding, the VRTEX 360and VRTEX Mobile virtual reality weldershave been designed to make welding moreaccessible, in a safe and practical way.

Providing a perfect platform for beginnersand experienced welders alike, VRTEXvirtual welders allow students to learnand hone their skills before heading intothe workshop. As virtual reality weldingdoes not require base material, shieldinggas, welding electrodes and otherconsumables, or require weld fume

removal, training costs can be greatlyreduced by using blended trainingschemes, combining both virtual andtraditional teaching methods.

Studies at Ohio State University haveshown that students on blended coursesoften learn and achieve certificationquicker than students who rely solely ontraditional teaching methods.

LincED can provide advice on whichvirtual reality system is best for yourstudents, as well as arranging practicaldemonstrations at either your campus orat our Sheffield based showroom.
