during my visit over there. I think, teachers are considered as agents of changeand we must focus on quality if we want to improve in the quality of educationthen your effort in this regard is incredible. Your enthusiasm and ability to motivate

the Primary School Teachers to "Move from Theory to Application of Theory" ,hasresulted a significant improvement in productivity of teachers. What a hugedifference between their pre-tests and the lesson plans which they havedeveloped afterwards. I am highly impressed by the Lesson Plans which thoseteachers have developed during three days training workshop.

While I applaud your efforts, I also expect that you will continue to work with thesame zeal and motivation for the betterment and growth of low cost school

teachers who belong to less privileged section of society.
