Circulation District ManagerThe St. Albans Messenger is seeking a District Manager to join our Circulation team. The successful candidate will lead a team of independent contract carriers in sales and service of home delivery subscribers and store delivery. This person will be responsible for subscriber retention and building circulation. They will need to meet sales and service goals. Must be self motivated, organized, team player with leadership sk i l ls and a high level of integrity. Although previous newspaper circulation experience isn’t necessary, a background in service related work is beneficial.
