Your solar PV system is helping to reduce CO2 emissions and reliance on fossil fuels while saving you money on your electricity bill. The solar PV system on your roof reduces CO2 emissions by about a tonne a year, about the same as a 3000 mile car journey!

How can I tell if the system is working? The system is completely automatic but we will get weekly updates on the amount of electricity generated. If any output is unexpectedly low we will arrange a visit to inspect the system and repair any faults.

Do I need to read the meter? No, the meter automatically transmits the reading using mobile phone technology.

Will Solar PV supply electricity 24 hours a day?No, solar panels convert light into electricity, so as the light reduces in the day, so does the output of the solar panel.

How can I get the most out of my system?Try to use large appliances like tumble dryers, washing machines and dishwashers during the day. Many appliances have built in timers that can be used.

How much could I save? The amount of money you will save depends on how much of the electricity generated by the PV panels is used in your home. You could see savings of up to £150 per year on your electricity bill.
