constitute a public nuisance, and authorizing and directing the
director of law to commencean action in the Common Pleas Court of
Butler County, Ohio, to abate said nuisance. (1115Central Avenue,

Chief.

9. EMERGENCY ORDINANCE (Three Readings): An ordinance amending
Schedule "B-1A" setforth in Emergency Ordinance No.EOR2009-10-104,
adopted October 5, 2009, relative tosalaries and wages for Deputy
Chiefs as members of International Association of
Firefighters(IAFF), Local 20, and repealing existing Schedule
"B-1A" as set forth in said emergencyordinance.
Motion - That the rules be suspended and the emergency ordinance
be read the secondtime by its title.

Motion - That the rules be suspended, Council waive the reading
of the emergencyordinance the third time in its entirety, said
emergency ordinance be read thethird time by its title and placed
upon its final passage, and a note be made uponthe minutes that a
