NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 25th September, 2020

S.O. 3302(E).-Whereas, the Department of Urban Development, Government of the NationalCapital Territory of Delhi vide notification number F7(128)/DLB/2019/000580156/14600-15, dated the20" November, 2019, published in the Delhi Gazette, Extraordinary, Part IV, dated the 21 November,2019 declared the areas of seventy-nine villages mentioned in the Schedule to the said notification, as urbanareas;

And whereas, under clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 150 of Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954(8 of 1954) the Gaon Sabha areas (The old Abadis as well as the entire Revenue Estate) of said villagesdeclared as urban areas have been vested in the Central Government.

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 22 of the DelhiDevelopment Act, 1957 (61 of 1957), the Central Government hereby places, with immediate effect, theareas of the said villages, which have vested in the Central Government on their urbanisation and specifiedin Column (3) of the Schedule below, at the disposal of the Delhi Development Authority for the purposeof development and maintenance of the said areas and for taking such steps as may be required to serve thepurpose and development of these areas which shall be done as per the extant Master Plan of Delhi notifiedfrom time to time.
