1998 : BTR acquired 100% and takes over management Control.
2000 : CVC Capital Partners acquired 100% from BTR at global level.
2001 : Toyoda Gosei Japan acquires 26% from Metzeler (CVC Capital Partners).
2007 : CSA (Cooper Standard Automotive-USA) acquires 74 % share from Metzeler
Automotive & now it is a joint venture between CSA & TG.
