The temperature parameter representthe most important factor to fulfil quality,operational safety and reliability ofindustrial processes. Thermocouples.resistance thermometers and any othertemperature sensors. When installed ina industrial process, they are subjectedto mechanical, thermal and chemicalstresses which accelerate their ageing.

Therefore it is a recommendedprocedure to inspect, check andcalibrate each sensor during thecommissioning phase and at regular andprogrammed time intervals.The temperature calibrators seriesMicroCal T include five different, ruggedand transportable units designed toobtain a controlled temperature with highstability, high uniformity in all calibratorsranges.

Internal block temperature stabilityA built-in microprocessor basedcontroller handle the man-machine

interface, the internal logic and assuresthe high stability of the internal metalblock through a sophisticatedtemperature algorithm.

A complete Automatic CalibrationSystemThe MicroCal T can be used togetherwith a Personal Computer, amultifunction high precision calibratorMicroCal 200/200+ (see bulletin 08-44)and a CalpMan 2000 Windows® software package to improve a trueautomatic temperature calibrationsystem.Using the RS232 interfaces of theinstruments it is possible to programtrough the PC the complete testprocedure for Your thermocouple orresistance thermometer to be certificate.The MicroCal 200 is able to read thetesting thermo-element with the desiredaccuracy and the software calculate theerrors and prepare the certificate.
