For over 20 years, Eurotron Instruments has combined ISO 9001 requirements, industry experience, and best practices to develop a technologically advanced software application. Calibration Procedure Manager 2007 is designed to be used in a variety of industries, including general manufacturing, automotive, and calibration service companies. In addition, departments such as R&D, QA/QC, production, and engineering, can customize Calibration Manager to meet their specific needs.

The standard version manage the laboratory automatic procedures and it is compatible with the Eurotron documenting calibrators in order to run off-line procedures, useful for certify the instrumentation directly on the process.

Two different software versions are availabe: CalpMan 2007 and CalpMan 2007 Advanced.The main features are:easy to useISO9001 compliantStandards and Instruments managing;automatic procedure performing;built-in managing for documenting calibratorstraceable and customizable report printing

General

The CalPMan 2007 provides a comprehensive solution to the calibration requirements and organizational demands of the ISO 9001standard. The software's robust feature set tracks the required information and produces the necessary documentation to show that the system is in compliance.

Instrument Setup

All the instruments data are stored into a dabase that includes the complete informations (instrument record) and the relative calibration expiration date for each instrument. Is it also possible to print a table containing the complete list of instruments information, or a selected list including the calibration expirated date only, in order to better program the laboratory or the maintenance periodic activity.There are two different databases: the one related to the instrument that have to be verified (Tag), and the second one related to the referent instrument (Standard).

ON-LINE Procedures

With the CalPMan 2007 you can program a complete test strategy including the used standards, the test-points, the error limits and to assign it to one ore more instrument subject to a verification.The software will automatically manage the instruments thanks to one or two RS232 ports when it run with the Eurotron's MicroCal Series Calibrators.It is also possible run the software with analog instruments too, by manually typing in the values using the computer keyboard.

Graphic Module

The graphic module for a more intuitive and immediate representation of the test results is standard.With the module you can insert and print the graphic in the calibration certificate.

OFF-LINE Procedures

For each calibration procedure the CalPMan 2007 allows you to set the complete test strategy: define the Standards, the test points, the error limits and to assign them to one or more equipment for the automatic test. If the calibrator type is an Eurotron Documenting Calibrator (e.g. our MicroCal 20 DPC) the software will transfer the complete calibration procedure strategy into the calibrator memory. Eurotron Documenting calibrators can perform the test without the connection to the PC and can upload the results to the Calpman 2007 database for processing

Report

With the Calpman 2007 you can personalize and print the calibration report in an easy and immediate way.Calpman 2007 includes same report models (template) already customized by Eurotron using all the know-how of our metrologic laboratory. You have only to add your company logo and your description and print the report. It is also possible customize an own personal report by running the simple CristalReport application included into the software package.

CalpMan 2007 Advanced

This version runs advanced functions to the control of the test procedures.

The 3-instruments simultaneously management is ideal for thermometric set that requires the multiple calibration of thermoelements. This feature allows the operator to create complex automatic procedures using three synchronized instruments, such as a thermostatic bath, a calibrator with reference sensor and an analog scanner.

The advanced set-point control allows the operator to select the proper algorithm in order to better measuring the programmed test point.

With the multi-parameter procedure the operator can manage different physical parameter in one procedure only. Is it possible type in a special text for the operator (i.e. for changing the connection) for each test point.

Multi-certificate:is it possible the simultaneously certification up to 16 thermoelements (TCs or RTDs) when using the analog scanner.

This optional module for the CalpMan 2007 Advanced software package contains all the features required by the American law FDA CFR21 par. 11 in terms of data security. This module use the following options: user and password management at different access levels, data cryptography, modification data recording and electronic signature.The module also allows the operator to remove the paper printed archive, thanks to the electronic signature of the documents.

This optional module for the CalpMan 2007 Advanced software package contains all the features for the management of both the verification activity and the distributed calibration. The SQL database (the SQL server and the licences are not included) can be resident into your company server and it can manage an unlimited number of remote users that allows a better productivity, quality and integration of all the laboratory data.
