My approach to safety

If a traveler (student or adult) violates my rules, I have the right to send them home from tour at the parents’ expense.

Individual Special TravelIf you have decided to make special travel plans on your own, requests should be submitted as soon as possible. The deadline is 110 days prior to departure. Individual special travel includes going ahead of the tour or staying behind on your own, departing from a different domestic gateway than the rest of the group or making your own flight arrangements (joining the tour of the group at the first hotel on the itinerary). Do not finalize any plans or purchase airline tickets until the tour and dates have been confirmed. Please note that special travel requests are booked separately from the group itinerary. EF cannot guarantee that you will be traveling with your group on the outbound or return flights. Check your Group Status Report to make sure any special travel arrangements are confirmed.

Late payments must be made by debit or credit card, certified check or money order. Personal checks are not accepted.
