Dear First Graders and Parents,
I would like to welcome you to First Grade. I am looking forward to working with you next year.
My Summer Workbook: All children are required to complete this workbook over the summer.
It is to be handed in on the first day of schcol in September.
My Summer Reading Log: Your child must read or have someone read to him/her 10 books over
the summer. Your child needs to choose any 1 of the ten stories and complete the attached form.
First Grade SuDDlies
A large soft pencil case with zipper
A large pink eraser
1 hand held pencil sharpener
1-2-pocket folders (pockets on bottom)
2 packs of yellow #2 Dixon Ticonderoga pencils-please sharpen two to start2 -24-count packages of Crayola crayons
1 box of Regular size classic Colors Crayola Markers
1 box of Regular Colors Crayola Pencils
7 small or 4 large solid glue sticks
Head set for the computer
2 boxes of tissues
2 containers of sanitizing wipes
Please be sure your child's name is on everything including his/her lunchbox and sweater.
