ROI - Comments from employers we have worked with using the negotiated framework.

Development is effective and focused on the ‘right areas’

Better quality of work in job with less reliance on supervisory guidance

Greater confidence and flexibility in style thereby increasing individual credibility e.g. presentations, meetings, etc.

Broader externally informed thinking demonstrated by bringing ‘new ideas/research’ into work

All students have owned their development and removed dependency on line managers

21

Students have displayed increased conviction and strength of opinion

Enables transparency of development conversations across functions, teams and roles

Staff feel a real sense of ownership for their projects so they will sustain the changes they have initiated.

Increased confidence of the staff as they realise their contributions are valid and useful.

Improved knowledge in subject areas, better understanding of how different aspects of the business interact with each other
