“The flexibility of the downstairs accommodation with two sets of large double oak paneled doors on parliament hinges folded back makes the whole downstairs open plan. It’s great for entertaining. However, there’s nothing better than closing the doors off and retreating to the sitting room in front of the fire with a good book.”

“The views are splendid and you can see the toposcope of Kinver edge fromthe house. One of the main factors that appealed to us when we bough the

house was the garden. It offers a flat, ample space which is ideal forchildren to play and yet remains a quintessential English garden with many

beautiful established plants, mulberry, acers, magnolia, camellia, appletrees and hazelnut and raspberry canes. The raised beds are also discreetly

planted in the borders.”

STOURBRIDGEOnce the national centre of glass making in the UK, Stourbridge is a large town in the West Midlands of England. Stourbridge is located about 13 miles west of Birmingham, at the edge of the industrial Midlands, located between Kidderminster and Dudley. Much of the town consists of suburban streets, interspersed with green spaces. Stourbridge borders on green belt land, and is close to unspoiled countryside with rural Shropshire close by to the west. The Clent Hills, Kinver Edge and large areas of farmland lie to the south and west. Stourbridge takes its name from the River Stour, which flows through the town and for centuries formed the border between Worcestershire and Staffordshire.
