ePanther Password Change

Reconnecting to UWMWiFi on iOS devices

Step #1

Click “Dismiss” if you receive a warning

about not being able to connect to

UWMWiFi.

Step #2:

Navigate to:

Settings ->WiFi

And tap on the blue arrow to the right of

UWMWIFi

NOTE 1: If you already have your iOS device (iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad) set up for UWMWiFi, you may not be able to

Step #3:

Click “Forget this network.”

NOTE 2: If you do not see “Forget this

Network,” skip to page 5.

Step #4:

Confirm by tapping

“Forget”

Step #5:

Back on the “Choose a network” screen,

select UWMWiFI.

Step #6:

Enter your ePantherID and new password

and tap “Join.”

Step #7:

Accept the Certificate.

You should now see “UWMWiFI” as your

selected wireless network.

NOTE 2: If you did not see “Forget this Network” in Step 3, follow these instructions to get reconnected to UWMWiFi.

You can safely ignore these instructions if you have already reconnected to UWMWiFi using the previous steps.

Step #1a:

Go to Settings -> General -> Profile -> and

tap on the UWMWiFi profile

Step #2a:

Tap “Remove.”

Step #3a:

Click “Remove” to confirm the removal of

the UWMWiFi profile.

Step #4a:

If prompted, enter your iOS passcode.

Step #5a:

Go to Settings -> Wi-Fi and connect to

Public.

Step #6a:

Once connected to Public, open up a Web

browser and go to the Apple Automated

Installation Web page at

UWMWiFi.uwm.edu. Once on the

UWMWiFi.uwm.edu page, tap on “Apple

Automated link.”

Step #7a:

Read the Liability Release for the

Automated Tool for UWM WiFi and the

click on the “Apple automated tool” link.

Step #8a:

To complete the download, enter your

ePantherID and password when

prompted.

Step #9a:

To The following screen will appear.

Tap install.

Step #10a:

The following screen will appear with

information about what the Profile will

do. Tap install.

Step #11a:

If the device has a passcode lock, type in

the code.

Step #12a:

Now go into Settings -> Wi-Fi then tap

UWMWiFi.

Step #13a:

Type in your ePantherID and new

password. Then tap “join.”

You should now see “UWMWiFI” as

your selected wireless network.

You have now configured your device to connect to the “UWMWiFi” option when you enter a

building with UWM WiFi.
