“Social Student File Making-Up”

Although you may not have any INE login or BEA

(as you are studying abroad or you are not a

student), you can apply for “Social Student File”.

Pay attention to the fact that you can only

apply for one accommodation.

Please type your Social File without any INE

numbers.

Type the verification code (you can find it in

your mail box). After, type your familial situation

and your nationality.

Then, choose your studies department, the natur

of your faculty and the name of your faculty.

Click on “Choississez un fichier” and add the

scan of your ID card and for your student card.

phone, your address, the name of the city

where you’re living and your country)

Family contact

Add one or several person of you family

that the CROUS can contact if there is a

problem (type their gender, their name,

their surname, their email, their phone

number, their address and their country)

and click on “Send”

A mail is sent in your mail box, you have

to click on the link to create your

After your password creation, your

account is perfectly created. You can

connect you on with your ID (email) and

your password.

INE login will be required at any requests.

You will receive by email an

acknowledgement of receipt.

Finally, you will receive your file by mail.

Please to fullfil it and send it to us with all

the supporting documents asked by mail

First mail : Sending the verification code to complete the inscription form

You did a profil creation demand on the “Portail de la Vie Etudiante” website.

To guarantee the authenticity of your e-mail address, here is the verification code to report in the inscription

Second mail : confirmation of your account creation following to the validation form

“Dear Mr X,

Your account is perfectly created on the “Portail de la Vie Etudiante” website.

Now, you can connect you with next ID :

Please follow this link to create your password and to end the inscription process.

However, some information that you communicated to us have to be verify. You will can reach to all Cnous

departments. The DSE access is already available.

The PVE’s team will inform you as soon as possible.”

Third mail : Following to the data file of accomodation demand

“Dear Mr X,

You made the data file of your “Dossier Social Etudiant” under the INE number XXXXXXX for the year 2015

– 2016.

WE CONFIRM YOU YOUR DATA FILE.

NB : you don’t have any additional action to do to get the electronic file sendng.

From the file reception, you have to verificate it, to complete it with all suporting documents and to send it

as soon as possible according to indicated modalities.”

Fourth mail : Sending from DSE

“Dear Mr X,

You made your stock exchange and / or accomodation demand in hall of residence.

You will find, in attachment, your student social file 2015 – 2016, with explanatories documents.

You have to print it, verify it and please to return it as soon as possible, with explanatories documents

asked, according to indicated modalities.”
