System capabilitiesWe have extensive expertise in the design,manufacture, and installation of crushing,screening, storage & reclamation, and bulkmaterial handling systems and machinery,on turnkey or semi-turnkey basis, forprocessing of hard rocks and mineral ores.
Aggregates plantsWe offer comprehensive machinery andsystems for both stationary and mobileplants for aggregates and manufacturedsand processing. We translate theprocess flow into the reality of a well-builtplant. Our project engineering andimplementation teams work closely withthe client to get the most effective yield,gradation, and particle shape of theproducts. Capacities ranging from 70 TPHto 400 TPH are supplied.
Sand production plantsManufactured sand or crushed sand is nowextensively used in place of natural sand,in all cement, concrete, and asphalt mixers.Our Vertical Shaft Impact (VSI) crusher, isan ideal machine to produce manufacturedsand. Its rock-on-rock principle of crushingsimulates nature’s way of impact andgrinding, the way it occurs in thegeneration of particle shapes in river sand.The crushed sand produced in our VSIcrusher can be washed and classified,wherever required, in a SPIRAL classifier toremove the unwanted microfine particlesand other contaminants.We undertake total designing, supply, and erection of independent sand plants, and also integrate our VSI with existing crusher plants to produce crushed sand that meets industry specifications.

Concrete delivery systemsWe have designed and built concretedelivery systems with capacities of up to400 cu.m per hour to suit constructionparameters and respective terrains ofvarious dam construction projects. The systems consist of a series of transport conveyors, as well as elevating, luffing, and placement conveyors. They pick up concrete from the batching plants and deliver continuously from grade level to the dam’s top for non-stop mass concre-ting in high-raised dam constructions. Our engineering skills in finding optimum solutions for delivering concrete non-stop up to a height of 80 m, have benefitted customers by saving their time and construction costs.

Our world-class crushing equipment, namely JAW, CONE, and VSI crushers are capable of crushing even the toughest of rocks and mineral ores. Mobile plantsWe offer the most versatile and compre-hensive line of mobile crushing solutions.Primary, secondary, and tertiarycrushing-screening combination stationsare available for aggregate crushingand mineral ore sizing. They providemaximum mobility and optimum flexibility
to the quarry, highways, and contractingcompanies in turning out large volumesof road base materials, processing river gravel, or crushing iron ore.
Our compact range of crushers, screens,feeders, and conveyors are mounted ontomulti-axle chassis with pneumatic tyres.They are designed to be ‘truly mobile’ intheir fully assembled state, sturdy anddurable for haulage on paved roads as well as on quarry and mining tracks. They are of immense benefit to the contractors with flexibility to shift from place to place and a quick setup, both of which are essential needs of the present day fast-trackinfrastructure projects. They are availablein two-stage and three-stage configura-tions with processing capacities ranging from 120 TPH to 300 TPH.
