1 Lesson Plan activities In each slide do the following: 1- Read the lesson and write down the difficult vocabulary 2- Use the dictionary to find out the meaning of the words 3-Re-read the lesson again using slide show to check your Pronunciation and to memorise the new words. 4- Try to form sentences using the new vocabulary. 5- Complete the exercise. 6- With a colleague try to converse using the vocabulary To deal with the grammatical rules do the following: a) Read the rule b) Copy the rule contents c) Apply the rule using all the words in the lessons d) Think of other words you know that can be applied. You can do all the activities individually or with a AIMS: 1- To introduce the students to different ways of greeting. 2- To introduce students to some common polite expressions OBJECTIVES: By the end of this lesson you will be able to: 1- Address greetings when meeting during the day. 2- Recognise morning greetings 3- Recognise evening greetings. 4- Address greetings when leaving. 5- Respond appropriately using common polite expressions.
