Our ambition was to create a unique place where anyone

The architect found the right tone that will charm a
diversified clientele, thanks to the comfort and elegance of
this unique hotel, where modernity and refinement
converge.
The 389 rooms and suites are now being furnished and,
once complete, will evoke the idea of a sublime Palace
designed to welcome the discerning travellers of the world.
The interior design reflects the perfect idea of the classical
French style which is recognizable, among all, by
harmonious settings of paintings, furniture, and a range of
decorative objects.
In this issue, we invite you to discover rooms and suites of
the Emerald Palace Kempinski.
Fresh, iconic, inspiring, original and utterly magnificent. At

While walking to their accommodation, guests will enjoy
the grand European splendor of regal hallways, accentuated
by Kempinski’s famous art of hospitality.
Public areas leading to the rooms and suites are adorned
with marble, more than 36,000 sq.m. of plush carpets
sourced from Ireland and Italy, and are dressed in the most
noble materials.
Each door is richly decorated with intricate golden
ornaments, echoing the design of wide airy corridors, and
complementing the atmosphere of the warmest welcome.

The 389 spacious rooms and suites of the palace is where
luxury and warmth will combine to create the finest place to
stay, relax and feel absolutely at home.
From smaller rooms measuring a generous 57 sq.m. to the
prestigious suites occupying more than 695 sq.m., the
Emerald Palace Kempinski will offer the most spacious and
luxurious accommodation on The Palm Jumeirah.
Rooms and suites are being furnished now. Each of them
will be as glorious as ever, offering an incomparable
ambiance. Fine woodwork and delicate pastel hues
compose an intimate décor where ultimate luxury resides in
every detail, accompanied by exquisite objects and art.
Marble bathrooms are being adorned with more than
13,000 pieces of the finest sanitaryware from Villeroy &
Boch, Jacuzzi, Grohe and other leading producers.

The designers of the Palace wanted to give the illusion that
all elements of decoration were accumulated over the years,
as in a private mansion with a hundred year-old history.
They visited the greatest European manufactures in order
to choose carefully every element of the decoration.
All the armchairs, tables, chandeliers, curtains, paintings,
tapestries and ornaments will create over time the legend of
the Palace and celebrate European decorative arts.
The in-room technology is designed to complement the
seamless experience. High-speed Wi-Fi will keep guests
connected in every part of the resort, while international
sockets and intuitively designed, state-of-the-art interactive
systems on more than 530 LED screens will appeal to
international travellers of any age.
The 19 luxurious Mezzanine Suites boast large, airy two-
story-high windows looking out to unparalleled views of the
sea. Each of these spectacular suites measures up to 135
sq.m. and offers a unique dimension of comfort.
With their unique, bi-level layout, each of them features a
spacious living room and a master bedroom, complete with
a large closet.
High ceilings, a pleasing harmony of textures and colours,
silk-threaded wallpaper, refined crystal chandeliers and the
carefully selected furniture, made of natural wood and
