Need for Flexibility

The objectives and requirements of Transformation-related projects will vary

from client to client. Offering components and deliverables have been designed

as generic as possible to ensure the flexibility of their application to projects.

For example, consider the following two prospective clients:

Client A - has requested current state documentation that is focused on

accounting controls to be used to identify control weaknesses and gaps in

current state processes

Client B - has requested current state documentation focused on

identifying how similar data is obtained and used throughout the enterprise

for the purpose of consolidating processes and improving data capture and

utilization

Project approaches and level of documentation will differ significantly between

the two projects, however both fall within the Transformation Offering
