SUGGESTIONS FOR THE NEW PRESIDENT

Then, the government must present them a decent, real, and concrete initiative to utilize all Haitian resources (Human, Land, Capital, and Skills) to:

1. Clean the country 2. Build Houses 3. Repair and expand the roads, the ports, and the airports 4. Fix and build bridges 5. Develop an electrical Network 6. Distribute clean Water 7. Modernize the agriculture system by encouraging the small owners to incorporate or get into cooperatives 8. Encourage all businesses (livestock, artisan, art, cultural, and others) to apply for credits 9. Implement a fiscal policy which stimulate investments and the development of businesses 10. Stimulate the development of fishery businesses 11. Work with the banks to give credit to encourage commerce and trade 12. Build quality Schools (University and technical) 13. Build Hospitals and health care systems 14. Protect private property 15. Facilitate the diffusion of technology and science and innovation 16. Encourage the arrival of industries 17. Promote Human Rights and Justice and Security

All Haitians (homeless, non-homeless, poor, and rich) should be busy contributing to the realizations of the above.  These activities will facilitate the circulation of money and create needed jobs. Families will spend the income on agricultural goods, education, and health care. The receiver of the money will also spend it. This positive situation will increase income and be good for the economy and the families. This change will eliminate this despair situation and facilitate security and peace.  Millions of jobs will be created; then, the Gross Domestic Product will increase. Social progress will accompany the growth of the economy.  A clean, electrified, and safe country will attract tourists who will spend money will to further develop agriculture, education, and health care
