The Juliet Letters is the 14th album by the British rock singer Elvis

Costello. He’s also a guitarist and songwriter. This is a unique album.

The Brodsky Quartet helped compose and play the music. The Brodsky

Quartet is a famous classical group which includes four musicians with

a lot of talent. The result is a rock album that was influenced by

classical music. The Juliet Letters was released in 1993. Many music

fans liked it because it had an interesting sound, and the rhythm was

American Idol is a TV show popular all over the world. Many past

winners, like Kelly Clarkson, have lovely singing voices. Clay Aiken, who

participated in 2003, also sings perfectly in tune. Some of the

participants on the show, however, can’t sing at all. This is not a bad

thing. It makes the show fun to watch. Who can forget William Hung? He

has a terrible voice. His performance was so bad that many people

thought it was funny, and he became famous. Keith Beukelaer was also

on the show. He is a poor singer and sings out of tune. One judge called

him “the worst singer in the world.” He now also has fans because his

singing is so amusing. Sometimes, it is OK to be a terrible singer.

Tony: But your father seems so kind.

Eddie: Yeah. He’s honest and hardworking too. He always sets a good example

Tony: OK then. Who’s your inspiration? It must be someone exciting.

Eddie: He’s not exciting, but he is the greatest golfer ever — Tiger Woods.

Tony: I’m not surprised. You’ve always wanted to be a golf star. He’s not really a

role model though. Remember all the trouble he got into?

Eddie: I don’t care about his personal life. The only thing that’s important is his

game. I’ve copied how he plays. I even try to walk like him.

Tony: No wonder you’re such a good golfer.

musicians are the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, a rock band from New York. They were almost unknown when I started listening to them, but now they’re a household name everywhere. There are three people in the band: Karen O., Nick Zinner, and Brian Chase. Karen sings and plays the piano, Nick plays the guitar and the keyboard, and Brian drums. I went to their concert in London in 2009. I was really lucky to see them live because the tour sold out in just a few hours. They were amazing. Karen has an outstanding voice. She inspired me to start singing. Their music has influenced the way I play the piano too. Their original sound and style have made them stars in Australia, the UK, and Ireland.
