MISSION STATEMENT Our mission is to provide professional services
that assist and enable congregations and faith-based organizations
to identify and fulfill their vision of ministry. GUIDING
PRINCIPLES We practice and promote Christian principles in
partnership with clients. We place high value on the clients
experience and expertise. We believe a thoughtful and positive
Christian outlook throughout an organization is a necessary element
for realizing their mission. We believe that the progress achieved
by an organization is in proportion to the spiritual and emotional
energy that all experience working in that organization. We believe
that the accelerated pace of change in the world calls for varied
and creative new ways to call and lead people to do the work of our
Lord. About MONSON, KREJCI AND ASSOCIATES Christian Consulting

4 There are two primary factors found in congregations who grow
their worship attendance: They possess a clear sense of mission and
purpose They welcome innovation and change 1 Congregations with a
clear sense of purpose feel vital and alive. In contrast to
feelings of unity based on heritage (the past), this center of
cohesion looks to the future. This positive assessment extends
across the spectrum of denominational groups. 2 1 Worship
