As we walk in and around Grande Prairie, these flowers are a very common sight.

These furry cattails are plentiful along Bear Creek...now stay still, and don’t sneeze!

I always enjoy taking my dogs for a walk in Grande Prairie’s “jewel” of a park.

Peek-A-Boo

There are so many places to camp around Grande Prairie; this one at Saskatoon Island is one of our favourite retreats.

A new and regular feature of the DHT will be YOUR TEN BEST, and we encourage you to be a part of it. Today, pictures are

worth a thousand words for sure: It’s Dan Wever’s salute to fall fauna, one of a few we will share with you before the snow falls. For fun, ID all the

species shown, email me at [email protected] and win a prize courtesy of the DHT and the Grande Prairie Storm.
