Survey to find out actual situation with regard to Club Licensing System for top division women’s leagues sent to the 44 associations with clubs participating in the 2007/08 UEFA Women’s Cup

14 NAs have no existing Club Licensing System and no other quality standards or minimum criteria for admission to top division women’s league:
AUT, BLR, BEL, BIH, DEN, EST, FAR, GEO, HUN, ISL, ROU, SRB, UKR

5 NAs have (or will have) an existing Club Licensing System: FIN since 2007: 12 teams in TD GER since 1990: 12 teams in TD and since 2004: 2

CRO currently « Women’s Team » included in grade C sporting
criteria in men’s CLS Croatia ExCo have taken decision to iniate for top division:
Sporting criteria (at least 1 girls team) Infrastructure criteria (contract with stadium owner fulfilling
min. criteria: 3 dressing rooms with sanitary facilities, 300 spectators, 100 x 64m, doping control room)
Personnel criteria (empl. contract with coach holiding national A-diploma (senior team), empl. Contract with coachin holiding national B-diploma (youth team), medical doctor present at each match)

ENG: keep proper book of a/c’s; adhere to min. facility requirements (ground, spectator facilities, dressing rooms)
ISR: min budget required; financial reports twice per season; youth team 12-15 years old
ITA: documentation testifying field of play in accordance with regulations of Italian Amateur League
NED: top league is comprised of licensed Professional Clubs; agreements between these clubs and KNVB – technical (goal & aim of league, division of players, licenses head coach & assistant coach, scouting and player development), finance, organisation/infrastructure
RUS: each club should have a stadium or pitch and training facilities; medical care; work in cooperation with football schools
SVK: infrastructure, personnel, sporting, legal and financial requirements (obligatory application for 1st league by Slovak FA WFC and Sporting and Technical Committee)
ESP: financial guarantees presented to RFEF; each club must have a ground and pitch either natural playing surface or artificial turf meeting RFEF quality standards; head coach must hold second highest coaching license « Titulo: Territorial »
