    If someone is rude, if someone is impatient, if someone is unkind...I will not respond in a

    like manner.

    2. TODAY I WILL ASK GOD TO BLESS MY "ENEMY":If I come across someone who treats me harshly or unfairly, I will quietly ask God to bless

    that individual. I understand the "enemy" could be a family member, neighbor, co-worker,

    or a stranger.

    3. TODAY I WILL BE CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT I SAY:

    I will carefully choose and guard my words being certain that I do not spread gossip.

    4. TODAY I WILL GO THE EXTRA MILE:

    I will find ways to help share the burden of another person.

    5. TODAY I WILL FORGIVE:I will forgive any hurts or injuries that come my way.

    6. TODAY I WILL DO SOMETHING NICE FOR SOMEONE, BUT I WILL NOT DO IT

    SECRETLY:

    I will reach out anonymously and bless the life of another.

    I will practice the golden rule - "Do unto others as I would have them do unto me" - with

    everyone I encounter.

    My smile, my words, my expression of support, can make the difference to someone who is

    wrestling life.

    9. TODAY I WILL NUTURE MY BODY:

    I will eat less; I will eat only healthy foods. I will thank God for my body.

    10. TODAY I WILL GROW SPIRITUALLY:

    I will spend a little more time in prayer today: I will begin reading something spiritual or

    inspirational today; I will find a quiet place (at some point during the day)!

    Here are some quick tips to improve your Self Confidence. If we are committed to have ahealthy self confidence there are many things you can do every day to boost your selfconfidence, each small steps that will help you to reach your goal. The good news is that self-

    esteem is not fixed and can be improved, try some of the steps below to boost your confidence

    and self-esteem.

    1) Identify your successes. Everyone is good at something, so discover the things at which you

    excel, then focus on your talents. Give yourself permission to take pride in them. Give yourself

    credit for your successes. Inferiority is a state of mind in which you've declared yourself avictim. Do not allow yourself to be victimized.

    2) Look in the mirror and smile. Studies surrounding what's called the "facial feedback theory"

    suggest that the expressions on your face can actually encourage your brain to register certainemotions. So by looking in the mirror and smiling every day, you might feel happier with

    yourself and more confident in the long run.

    3) Exercise and eat healthy. Exercise raises adrenaline and makes one feel happier and

    4) Turn feelings of envy or jealousy into a desire to achieve. Stop wanting what others have

    ust because they have it; seek things simply because you want them, whether anybody else has

    them or not.

    5) When you're feeling superbly insecure, write down a list of things that are good about you.Then read the list back. You'd be surprised at what you can come up with.

    6) Don't be afraid to push yourself a bit - a little bit of pressure can actually show just how goodyou are!

    7) You can try taking a martial arts or fitness class/course (or both). This will help build

    confidence and strength.

    8) Invest in some new clothing and donate some of your old clothing to send a message toyourself that you both look sharp and feel sharp.

    9) Try to make yourselftalk positively at all times. When you hear yourself saying you can't do

    something, stop and say you can. Unless you try, you will never know whether you are able to ornot.

    10) Don't get wrapped up in your mistakes and dwell on bad points; they can contrast your good

    points or even give you something to improve. There's no feeling like being good at somethingyou were really bad at.

    11) Don't confuse what you have with who you are. People degrade their self worth whencomparing possessions.

    12) Surround yourself with nurturing friends, not overly critical individuals who make you

    feel inadequate or insecure. This could do great harm and damage to your self confidence.

    Jika saya mencari seseorang yang merawat saya dengan kasar atau tidak adil, saya diam-diam akan

    meminta Tuhan untuk memberkati individu itu. Saya faham "musuh" boleh menjadi ahli keluarga, jiran,

    rakan sekerja, atau orang yang tidak dikenali.

    3. HARI INI saya AKAN BE berhati-hati TENTANG APA yang saya KATA:

    Saya akan memilih dengan teliti dan menjaga kata-kata saya pasti bahawa saya tidak tersebar gosip.

    4. HARI INI saya AKAN berkerja lebih keras:

    Saya akan mencari jalan untuk membantu berkongsi beban orang lain.

    5. Hari ini saya akan mengampuni:

    Saya akan mengampunkan apa-apa sakit atau kecederaan yang datang cara saya.

    6. HARI INI AKAN saya DO NICE SESUATU UNTUK SESEORANG, TETAPI SAYA TIDAK AKAN DO IT rahsia:

    Saya akan makan kurang, saya akan makan hanya makanan yang sihat. Saya akan bersyukur kepada

    Tuhan kerana badan saya.

    Saya akan menghabiskan masa yang lebih sedikit di dalam solat hari ini: Saya akan memulakan membaca
