DESCRIPTIONNEODUR BRS 12 is a factory-produced, ready to use repair grouton the basis of cement and high-grademinerals for concrete cosmeticsand re-profiling.
APPLICATIONIndoors and outdoors.NEODUR BRS 12 is used as cementgrout for concrete repair, concretecosmetics and re-profiling of hori-zontal and vertical concretesurfaces, also suitable for overheadworks. BRS 12 is also used for finegrouting of large surfaces at damaged(old) and new pre-cast concretefor layer thickness of 10 mm(e. g. broken off edges of stairs,damaged concrete lintels, balconyslabs, garage floors, furthermoreas subbase for coating on concrete).

PROCESSINGClean subbase from loose particlessuch as dust, cement-slurry,oil and grease. Then thorough pre-wetting, avoiding formation of puddles.NEODUR BRS 12 to be mixed withapprox. 3,6 l water as complete unitwith a slowly running stirrer for at least3 minutes.The contact surface can be pre-flushedwith a slurry of NEODUR BRS 12 repairmortar (depending on the applicationthickness). The mortar is appliedfresh-in-fresh. After initial hardening ofthe grout the surface can be treatedwith slightly moist felt or open-poresponge and/or smoothed by usingplasterer’s float.
AFTER-TREATMENTAfter-treatment of the appliedmortar surface acc. to DIN 1045(e.g. by covering with foil to avoidtoo rapid drying out).
