Historic Knowles House B&B was the ancestral home of Key West’s prominent Knowles Family for over 100 years. It is a traditional Bed and Breakfast with a
heated pool, Jacuzzi, and rooftop sundeck set amidst lush tropical gardens. Common guest areas include an elegantly furnished parlor and a covered outdoor

Knowles House is a fully licensed 8 room bed and breakfast with a licensed 12
seat restaurant. A gourmet breakfast is served every morning and there is a beer and wine Happy Hour each afternoon.
Each room is professionally designed in a different style with furnishing of the
period from which the room is designed. The rooms include private refrigerators, a flat screen television and free Wi‐Fi.
Knowles House boasts a strong repeat business with a 20 year history. Occupancy and average daily rates exceed Key West averages as reported in the Smith Travel
Research report. Excellent professional management is in place making it possible for the owners to limit their day‐to‐day involvement to the extent that
they want. The current owners travel abroad for a month or more at a time several times a year with full confidence experiencing consistent year over year
