Dear AIESECers,It is a great honor for LC Novi Sad to h�t NatCo 105th!

If I had to cho�e the three things that changed me the m�t during my AIESEC �perience, the top one one would definitely be Conferences. Aer just one month in the organisation, NatCo came as an am�ing opportunity to see what AIESEC is really about.

People are something that drives me to go forward and NatCo is all about people. It's all about you, about your development. �e person that comes to the conference and the one that leaves are different people, because this �perience will change you. You can learn a lot from the whole conference team - the facis, OC, companies and delegates. �ey are empowering each others and make you become self awere and find out what your strengths and weaknesses are and what you should do to become a better

leader. Some workshops made me think about the solution to the problems that our partner companies gaves us. Solution Oriented was one of the characteristics that I found out that I have, aer

that NatCo. As I said, it's the people that make NatCo so perfect. At every conference, I became richer by meeting new cultures, new customs and finding out what is going on in other countries. It helped me

become a true World Cit�en.

LC Novi Sad is working really hard to make this �perience one of the m�t valuable on your AIESEC way!

In the beginning of the term we as one team of AIESEC in Serbia have created a common vision around what we care about in Serbia:”�rough Changing educational system and system of values among youth, we envision Serbia as a country ll of proactive young people.” And around what we care about in AIESEC: ”In collaborative environment of 1 team of AIESEC in Serbia, we want to create 1000 mean-

ing l leadership development �periences.”

Now, we are getting cl�er to the biggest summer peak in the history of our Entity upon which this vision is dependent. NatCo 105th is designed to provide a unique �perience to each delegate. Developing leaders who are: World Cit�ens – caring about the world issues and ready to act upon them, Self-aware – understand their strengths and how to use them, Empowering others – able to communicate ideas and move others to do so and Solution oriented – ready to stand up to a challenge and solve it. Leaders with these character-istics will be the key in achieving our common dream, we will be able to take ownership of our goals, care for each �peri-

Developing Leaders Day

Dear AIESECers,

During the Summer National conference of AIESEC in Serbia we will have the opportunity to work with two of our main partners in the entity: Coca Cola Hellenic and Telenor

Serbia.

�is two representatives from national partnership group will work with delegates during Developing Leaders Day (DLD), the third day of the conference. �is part has the goal to educate, inspire and motivate members of our organ�ation in order to lfill our organ�ational role, but

also role as young leaders in the society.

�perience and knowledge that we will gain through workshops with top managers, creates unique value and prepare us for dynamic business surrounding that we will be part of in the ture. We will have a chance to get to know how international companies work and what are the main challenges that managers face in daily activities. On DLD we will point out what are the key values of the eight years-long

partnership with Coca Cola Hellenic and Telenor.

Borsko j�ero (Bor Lake) is an artificial lake in eastern Serbia, at an altitude of 438 m, less than 20 km from the city of Bor, about 250 km south east from Bel-grade. �e lowest depth of the water is 48 m. It is surrounded by forests. It is popular in the summer, when the water tempera-ture reaches 25 °C and it has two beaches.
