Providing & laying cast-in-situ controlled reinforcedconcrete of the following grades using 20 mm and down sizecoarse graded machine crushed hard stone aggregateincluding designing the mix, weigh batching, mechanicalmixing, transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating,

Specifications, drawings and as directed, but excluding steelreinforcement, IRC mesh, insert plates which will be paid for

separately under relevant items.The rates quoted shall holdgood for all foundations at any depth, flooring, all floors,heights, levels, elevation, below ground level, basement,trenches, pits, tunnels etc. The designing of concrete mix fordifferent grades of controlled concrete should be done inaccordance with latest IS - SP 23.
