The Northwest Region-al Planning Commis-sion (NRPC) is soliciting statements of qualifica-tions from consultants with proven expertise in shoreline restoration, including engineers, ar-borists and landscape architects. The NRPC, in collaboration with state and local part-ners, will be working with selected property owners along the Lake Champlain shoreline to prevent erosion, stabilize property, and implement stabilization projects incorporating vegetation. The proj-ects will improve water quality in the lake, while simultaneously stabiliz-ing shorelines. Selected consultants
will be responsible for providing technical as-sistance to property owners including site visits, advice, and pro-ducing the design plans and specifications necessary for project implementation.
