Know the required Programme Outcomes and Programme Objectives (see handout).
For each course read the Learning Outcomes at the beginning of each Semester. This gives you an idea of the knowledge and skills expected from a particular course.
Be more proactive in the learning process to acquire the Learning Outcomes (a-k) of subjects.
Demonstrate through the assessment methods that the required skills and knowledge have been acquired.
Aim at attaining the Programme Outcomes and Programme Objectives as a whole during the entire programme.
Give constructive feedbacks on the programme/course/ academic staff to obtain accreditation through active participation in Teaching Evaluation, Academic Advisory System, Dialog Sessions with the Dean, etc.

Conclusion
The …ISE…. department is seeking accreditation from NBA May 2011 Version.3.0 / March 2012 Edn. 1 to provide quality assurance for its B.E Degree Program.
Instruction techniques will be tuned for outcome-based education in a progressive way to improve the quality of the Graduate Engineer comparable to some international standard. Indirect assessment and evaluation methods are given importance.
The Industrial Advisory Board is one channel to provide the department with feedback on the achie- vement of educational objectives as experienced by the its graduates.
