SERVICEHouston facility provides 21,000 sq. ft., including a service area with seven bays. The service center is staffed with Prevost technicians who are certified for bumper-to-bumper maintenance and repair for all Nova Bus vehicles, and Prevost and Volvo Bus coaches, including Volvo engine and transmission. The facility is equipped with a controlled access fence, operational after hours, monitored by a security patrol and a video surveillance camera. The Houston Service Center is equipped with electrical hookups. The service center is open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm. Prevost Service has emergency support that is available after business hours for any emergencies that may happen after normal business hours. Nova Bus’s Sean Hitt will continue to manage Houston Metro’s Nova Bus fleet. Sean comes to Nova Bus from Prevost Service Branch in Houston Texas and previously worked directly with Houston to maintain and service your fleet of Nova Bus’s. Sean’s hands on expertise and vast technical knowledge provide a winning platform for both Nova Bus and Houston Metro to build from with your new fleet of buses. All on-site warranty repairs will be performed by the OEM vendor (Cummins, Thermo King, MCC, etc) or local Prevost Service operating from 11851 Cutten Road, 77066, Houston, Texas. Service truck and technicians are dispatched daily according to needs.

Prevost Service Technicians are fully trained and certified by Nova Bus Training dept including a week long complete Multiplex VBEA training session covering:• Reading and understanding Nova Bus Coach Wiring Diagrams / • VBEA Multiplexing familiarization / • Logic diagrams • Hands-on troubleshooting.
