Campaigning for TalentBy utilising the global presence of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff the recruitment team is able organise recruitment events across the world. Some examples are shown here where we went last year.

MALAYSIAIn May 2014 we partnered with an engineering consulting firm and went to Kuala Lumpur to hire engineers for critical vacancies for the Local Roads & Drainage Programme in Qatar.

INDIAIn March 2015 and Spring 2016 we completed successful recruitment campaigns in Bangalore and Delhi to hire Electrical Engineers for major projects in Oman and Qatar.

Our SuccessesIn the last couple of years the WSP ~ Parsons Brinckerhoff team have successfully delivered a number of complex recruitment projects that have required us search globally for people with unique skillsets and to mobilise them to the Middle East.

In 2011 we were appointed a Strategic Program Manager for Qatar Rail’s multibillion planned works to deliver a world-class, fully integrated railway system for Qatar which required sourcing over 100 senior railway professionals over a period of 18 months.

“In 2012 we were appointed the program management consultant for the construction of more than 200 local roads and drainage projects in Qatar which required a peak head count of 300 senior infrastructure and highways professionals.

In June 2013 we hired 75 experienced railway professionals for a major Programme Management Consultant for new public transport programme in Makkah, KSA
