Key Risks to 16wk Plan

Mine Plan

● Mining

– Tight digging areas, numerous dropcuts, and 2 diggers uncovering coal may reduce rates .

– Interactions between drilling and excavating – very tight schedule

– EX12 on critical path for at-risk November coal.

● Drill performance

– Drilling at full capacity through the end of the year. Any delay in drilling will directly affect coal uncovery.

● Trucking

– All excavators (including EX20) are planned to mine at full rate.

– Trucking and haul distances will become critical

● Operational

– Personnel issues may cause delays for operating machines

– High pressure on Maintenance to keep equipment running
