Symptom 

l Material Document does not exist in the database after a Goods Movement is performed and "Document ### posted" message isdisplayed.

l   There is a offset / discrepancy of more than 1 between Material Document Interval Number (OMBT) and the latest material documentavailable in MSEG / ACCTHD (Or any table that is causing the "SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC" runtime error)

Environment 

l Materials Management (MM)l SAP R/3l SAP R/3 Enterprise 4.7l SAP ERP Core Componentl SAP ERPl SAP enhancement package for SAP ERPl SAP enhancement package for SAP ERP, version for SAP HANA

Reproducing the Issue 

1. Create a MIGO: GR (Goods Receipt) and allow a material document to be generated.2. Search in MSEG / MKPF table and the system respond "Document ### does not exist in calendar year ####"

Cause 

This issue is related to the buffer of application server. When the application server experiences an abnormal shutdown, it causes asynchronization issue between the database and the application server's buffer. This can be observed by comparing the material documentnumber in MSEG and the material document interval in OMBT.

Resolution 

1. Navigate to MSEG table (Or any table that is causing the "SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC" runtime error) and keep track of the

latest material document number  posted.2. Navigate to T-Code: OMBT and ensure the interval number is <latest material document number + 1>.3. Navigate to T-Code: SNRO, Object: MATBELEG and ensure "No. of numbers in buffer " is set to 1.
