Conduct Fire Risk assessments on all Local government buildings, Primary Schools and Children’s centres for Suffolk County Council.
Carry out Health and Safety audits to OHSAS 18001: 2007 Quality Auditing to ISO 9001: 2008, Environmental audits to 14001: 2004 Compose risk assessments and safe systems of work for multiple working environments from general
building and grounds to COSHH, Manual Handling, Working at Heights & Lifting Operations Arranging correct and safe usage of cleaning chemicals under COSHH Regulations 2002. Investigate accidents/incidents for all offices within the organisation and any complaints received from
customers for all departments. Give timely and accurate advice to senior managers on all Health and Safety matters. Observe fire evacuation drills for corporate buildings and educate responsible person(s) on improving

Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Safety (CBRN)
Survey and Monitoring team leader, job role included detection, analysis and mitigation of CBRN material in the UK and overseas operations including Iraq and Canada.
Risk assessments dealing with hazardous materials were paramount due to the extremely dangerous nature of the various substances dealt with on regular occasions.
Implementation, control and maintenance of CBRN PPE, detection and analysis equipment in accordance with safe systems of work and logging of maintenance carried out.
Managed a team of eight CBRN operators on various tasks, deployments and training exercises including live chemical and radiological sources, conducted in UK and abroad.
