SUPPLEMENTARY SECTIONContaining Designs ofFARM HOMES - HOMES FOR FARMWORKERS - SUMMER COTTAGES, etc.

Inresponse to many enquiries for lower priced Homes wehave prepared this supplementary section of the Catalogue consisting of sixteen pages, illustrating FarmHomes, Homes for Farm Workers, small and inexpensiveHomes containing from two to seven Rooms, Kitchen

additions, and Summer Cottages.Although these designs have been specially preparedwith a view to studying economy for the Flome buyer,

everything has been planned to make the Homes attractive, convenient and comfortable. "Halliday Standard Construction" has been adopted throughout, and the onlyrespect in which these homes differ from those in the general section of the Catalogue is that in some instancesNo. 1 White Pine trim for paint finish has been specifiedinstead of the No. 1 Clear Georgia Pine for Stain and Varnish used in all our larger Homes.

For some of the smaller Homes illustrated in thissection wall board and strapping are supplied for theinterior Walls and Ceijings. This takes the place of lathand plaster and in addition gives a finish which is veryattractive and artistic.

We are confident that these Homes will be extremelypopular amongst Home-builders and we have pleasure incommending them for your consideration and approval.
