COACHING STAFFHead Coach/Executive Vice Presidentof Football Operations,Andy ReidPro Career: Reid has earned NFL Coachof the Year honors three times, compiledthe best win total (136), winning percent-age (.601) and playoff victory total (10) inteam history. He has captured six divisiontitles and five trips to the NFCChampionship Game. Since he was hiredin 1999, only New England (8) has earnedmore divisional playoff round appear-ances (7) than Philadelphia. Reid is one of11 coaches in NFL history to win 60% ormore of 200-plus games. In his 20-yearNFL coaching career, Reid’s teams havemade the playoffs 15 times (19-14record). He has coached in the SuperBowl three times, the NFC Championshipgame nine times, and the Pro Bowl fivetimes. Reid became the 20th head coachin franchise history on January 11, 1999,and was promoted to head coach/executive vice president of football opera-tions in 2001. He was named NFL Coachof the Year in 2000 and 2002. He joinedthe Eagles after a seven-year stint as anassistant coach with Green Bay (1992-98) under Mike Holmgren. With GreenBay, Reid helped the Packers earn a SuperBowl XXXI victory over New England.Career record: 136-90-1.Background: Coached at Brigham Young(1982), San Francisco State (1983-85),Northern Arizona (1986), Texas-El Paso(1987-88), and Missouri (1989-1991).Reid first met Holmgren, who was a mem-ber of BYU’s coaching staff, when Reidwas an offensive tackle and guard onthree Cougar Holiday Bowl teams.
