Kumon Math Workboks: (Grade 1, ages 5/6/7) Telling time, geometry & measurement, money: counting coins, addition, subtraction, & word problems are just a few of the workbooks available. These self-directed workbooks introduce concepts in small, incremental steps, allowing children to master them without confusion. The concepts are taught by discovery method. Single topic books, rather than mixed strands, help children concentrate just on addition, for example, before moving on to subtraction.
