Per the AARP travel policy, the Campaign for Action will cover the cost of your lodging and round-trip travel to the Summit hotel in Washington, DC. This includes airfare, train, and bus costs, as well as mileage if you drive.

The Campaign will not reimburse for: • parking at the Summit hotel during your stay;• transportation from your home or office to airports or other public

transportation hub;• parking at an airport or other public transportation garage; • ground transportation from Washington, DC area hotels; • taxis in and about Washington, DC; • Extra baggage costs; • Tips;• Incidentals; • Meals outside of what is provided at the Summit.
