Step 2

Step 3 Roundhouse Punch Defense While the Defender is in the Relaxed Defensive Position, the Attacker throws a Right Roundhouse Punch (Step 1). The Defender steps in with their right foot, shifts to a Right Side Horse Stance, and executes a Double Chop Block, with the Left Hand at the Attacker’s wrist, and the Right Hand at the middle of the Attacker’s bicep (Step 2). The Defender then shifts to a Front Forward Stance and delivers a Right Handed Chop to the side of the Attacker’s neck. (Step3).

Step 5 Roundhouse Punch Defense The Defender then delivers a Left Palm Push to the jaw of the Attacker (Step 4). Finally, the Defender shifts to a Reverse Stance and delivers a Right Vertical Fist Punch to the Solar Plexus (Step 5).

Step 3 Right Straight Punch Defense While the Defender is in the Relaxed Defensive Position, the Attacker throws a Right Straight or Lunge Punch (Step 1). The Defender slides their left foot forward and outward at a 45 degree angle while performing a Left Inward Block to the Attacker’s lower Forearm (Step 2). The Defender then shifts to a Front Forward Stance while delivering a Right Punch to the Attacker’s lower Ribs (Step 3).

Right Straight Punch Defense Finally, the Defender shifts their Right Hand back towards the Right Hip, while delivering a Right Knuckle Fist to the Left temple of the Attacker’s Head (Step 4).

Step 3 Right Lunge Punch Defense While the Defender is in the Relaxed Defensive Position, the Attacker throws a Right Straight or Lunge Punch (Step 1). The Defender slides their left foot forward and outward at a 45 degree angle to a Left Side Horse Stance, while performing a Left Inward Block to the Attacker’s lower Forearm (Step 2). The Defender then shifts to a Left Front stance and delivers a Right Upward Hammer Fist to the Attacker’s Lower Stomach on the Attacker’s Left side (Step 3).

Right Lunge Punch Defense The Defender then cocks their Left Hand by their Left ear, shifts to a Left Side Horse Stance and then delivers a Left Downward Hammer Fist to the Attacker’s Lower Back, while cocking their Left Fist at their Left Ear (Step 4). Finally, the Defender delivers a Left Downward Hammer Fist to the Base of the neck of the Attacker (Step 5).

Step 3 Left Uppercut to the Stomach Defense While the Defender is in the Relaxed Defensive Position, the Attacker throws a Left Uppercut Punch to the Stomach (Step 1). The Defender moves the Right Foot forward and to the Right at a 45 Degree Angle and ending in a Right Front Stance, while executing a Right Downward Block to the Attacker’s Lower forearm (Step 2). The Defender then picks up their Right Foot, steps across the Attacker’s Left Foot and then circles across the Attacker’s face and delivers a Right Forearm / Right Elbow combination to the Attacker’s Left Jaw / Face (Step 3).

Left Uppercut to the Stomach Defense Finally, the Defender places their Right Foot between the Attacker’s Feet in a Right Front Stance while delivering a combination of a Right Horizontal Elbow to the Attacker’s Chin and Left Finger Thrust to the Attacker’s Eyes (Step 4).

Step 3 Front Two Hand Choke Defense (New) The Attacker performs a Two Handed Front Choke (Step 1). The Defender steps forward and across the front of the Attacker’s Body with their Right Foot into a Right Side Horse Stance. While moving, the Defender grabs the Attacker’s Left Wrist with their Left Hand, with the Left Fore Arm of the Defender over the Attacker’s Right Fore Arm. The Right Arm of the Defender performs a Right Inward Block to the Left Arm of the Attacker (Step 2). The previous blocks and foot movement forces the Attacker downward. Once down, the Defender shifts to a Right Reverse Stance, and then applies a Hammer Fist to the Head / Face along with a Scoop Kick to the chest of the attacker (Step 3).

Step 3 Rear Two Hand Choke Defense (New) The Attacker performs a Two Handed Rear Choke (Step 1). The Defender shifts backward into a Right Reverse Stance with a Right Hammer Fist to the Attacker’s Groin / Upper Leg Area (Step 2). The Defender then shifts into a Right Forward Stance and delivers a Left Palm Push to the Attacker’s Chin / Nose (Step 3).

Step 3 Rear Over-Arm Bear Hug Defense The Attacker performs a Rear Over-Arm Bear Hug by placing their arms around and over the arms of the Defender (Step 1). The Defender steps to their Right Side in a wide Horse stance, breaking the hold of the Attacker, and delivers a Left Hammer Fist to the Attacker’s Groin (Step 2). The Defender then places their Left Leg behind the Attacker’s Right Knee. Then Defender then delivers a Left Hammer Fist to the Upper Chest Area, and a Right Hammer Fist to the Stomach of the Attacker simultaneously (Step 3).

Step 3 Rear Under Arm Bear Hug Defense The Attacker performs a Rear Under-Arm Bear Hug by placing their arms around and under the arms of the Defender (Step 1). The Defender steps to their Right Side in a wide Horse stance, and smashes both of their elbows into the Hands / Wrists of the Attacker, thereby breaking the hold of the Attacker (Step 2). The Defender then places their Left Leg behind the Attacker’s Right Knee. Then Defender then delivers a Left Hammer Fist to the Upper Chest Area, and a Right Hammer Fist to the Stomach of the Attacker simultaneously (Step 3).

Step 3 Headlock Defense The Attacker grabs the Defender in a Headlock (Step 1). The Defender turns their Head so that their chin faces inwards towards the Attacker’s Ribs while assuming a Side Horse Stance, placing their Right Foot behind and their Left Foot in front of the Attacker. The Defender then delivers a Right Hammer Fist to the Base of the Spine, while delivering a Left Hammer Fist to the Groin of the Attacker (Step 2). The Defender then shifts to a Right Forward Stance while delivering a Left Palm Push to the Attacker’s Chin (Step 3).

Step 3 Left Hand Lapel Grab Defense The Attacker grabs the Defender’s lapel or collar with their Left Hand (Step 1). The Defender then counter-grabs the Attacker’s left Hand with their own Left Hand (Step 2). The Defender then steps back with their Left Foot into a Right Forward Stance, while stretching out the Attacker’s Left Arm. The Defender then delivers a Right Inward Block to the Attacker’s Lower Fore Arm (Step3).

Step 5 Left Hand Lapel Grab Defense The Defender then shifts their Left Foot once again backwards into a Right Cat Stance, pulling the Attacker off balance (Step 4). Finally, the Defender delivers a Right Vertical Fist to the face and a Right Front Snap Kick to the Leg of the Attacker (Step 5).

Step 3 Left Cross Arm Wrist Grab Defense The Attacker grabs the left Wrist of the Defender (Step 1). The Defender steps forward with the with their Right Foot to a Right Forward Stance, circles their Left Hand up and counter grabs the Attacker’s wrist, while applying a Right Inward Block to the Upper Arm of the Attacker (Step 2). The Defender then rolls the Attacker’s Wrist / Arm while stepping across the front of the Attacker, forcing the attacker to the ground (Step 3).

Left Cross Arm Wrist Grab Defense Finally, the Defender performs a combination Back Fist to the Attacker’s Face / Head, while delivering a Scoop Kick to the Attacker’s Face (Step 4).

Step 3 Butterfly Wrist Twist Defense The Attacker throws a Right Round House Punch, (Step 1). Then the Defender steps in with their Right Foot to a Right Front Stance, while performing a Right Inward Block to the Attacker’s Right Forearm. The Defender then applies a Butterfly Wrist Lock to the Attacker’s Right Hand / Wrist (Step 2). The Defender then steps back deeply with their Right Foot, shifting into a Left Forward Stance, straightening the Attacker’s Right Arm, causing them to bend downward (Step 3).

Butterfly Wrist Twist Defense While holding the Attacker’s Right Arm in the Locked Position, the Defender then performs a Right Front Snap Kick to the Attacker’s Chest. (Step 4).

Step 3 Wrist Arm Lock (Figure 4) Defense The Attacker throws a Right Lunge Punch, while the Defender steps with their Left Foot Forward into a Left Side Horse Stance, and performs a Right Outward Chop Block to the Attacker’s Forearm (Step 1). The Defender then slides their Right Hand down the Attacker’s Right Arm, grabbing their Right Wrist (Step 2). The Defender performs a Left Inward Chop Block to the Attacker’s Elbow Crease, while pushing the Attacker’s Right Wrist and Lower Forearm towards the Attacker’s Head. The Defender completes the Arm Lock by having their Left Hand grab their own Right Forearm (Step 3).

Wrist Arm Lock (Figure 4) Defense The Defender then steps forward with their Right Foot, while maintaining the Wrist Lock, into a Right Forward Stance, forcing the Attacker to the ground.

Step 3 Basic Blocks and Reverse Punches Start in the Basic Horse Stance (Step 1). Move the Left Foot back into a Right Side Horse Stance on a 45 degree angle, and perform a Right Inward Block (Step 2). Shift into a Right Front Stance, and deliver a Left Reverse punch, shoulder high (Step 3).
